Does exactly EXACTLY how i want and need in order for tracking internal sales conversions!

The dashboard view makes it easy enought that I can see what my team's performance looks like at any given time, which helps me keep track of things as they're going along without having to look through numerous reports or spreadsheets with multiple tabs/pages each day / week etc. It would be helpful if there was an option within this program so you could create your own custom dashboards instead just using prebuilt ones from their website. If we were looking into something more simple (and not too complex) than our current system then centrium cx might work well because its very user friendly but once again - maybe try out other solutions first before deciding on purchasing? We have been able solve some issues regarding data collection & reporting about who has contacted whom when via emailing them directly vs sending emails back to us after receiving those communications.

  • Reporting functions are good! Very useful tool :)
