IDEAL for synchronizing audio tracks for film production! Also good for animals.

Clicker for training dogs, chickens, hamsters. ok, ok, BUT I didn't buy it for that! I make short films and some above average reviews to entertain myself and share what I'm learning. I sometimes use more than one camcorder and often record separate audio tracks to improve sound quality when putting everything together in post. , "click" generated by the board allows us to synchronize audio tracks. BUT, it's cumbersome and I don't like having this latch all the time. You can also clap your hands to create an audio burst to help with synchronization. Clap your hands creates a broad sound signature and you can be a bit imprecise this way. My FAVORITE way to sync audio tracks between multiple cameras and audio recorders is the StarMark Clicker dog training system. This clicker is loud (the loudest I could find) and produces a very clear and sharp clicking sound. two clicks to be exact. press and release the button. what does it do Well, it produces a very VERY harsh audio burst that allows me to level soundtracks with zero perceptible latency. First Scene. Click One Cycle. scene two. Click "Two Cycles" and so on! It's perfect, it hangs around my neck and it's always ready to use. So simple and absolutely effective. Yes yes I can train my Boston Terrier even though he is 9 years old now, he hears this clicker well and grabs when offered a treat. he does not wait for orders as he is impatient and sits, lies down, turns. He covers all the bases to ensure he gets that treat in no time. Yes, I train my chickens too. Three clicks mean the tomatoes are about to fly out the kitchen window and come running! Okay, maybe it's just a substitute for the evening bell. But the sound carries around the yard and is distinctive. You get the point, the clicker is loud and stable, lightweight, and has pretty good sound projection. All weather, nothing rusts. Bright colors so you can find it quickly in your camera bag or animal training kit. Oh! Are you a diver or snorkeler and sit in a boat while others explore the depths? YES, this clicker works underwater and can be heard well over a hundred meters away. Divers can click to get each other's attention, or a surface monitor can lower into the water and signal all divers and snorkelers to return to the boat or warn of surface hazards. WORKS UNDER WATER. I love it and will use it every day. It's probably a good idea to get two in case it gets lost, pretty sure my dog will chew it up when he grabs it. I have no hesitation in recommending this clicker. Know someone who is recording video and needs to sync audio? You'll become their new hero if you get them one of them.
