The manufacturer has very poor quality control on this item. Very disappointed in Craig. It took 5 or 6 tries to get it right. Twice through Revain and then I went straight to Kreg and they even sent me with my chains bent. The bad thing was that not only were they bent in length, but they weren't cut to the same width, so some of them didn't fit in the track. The penultimate set I received I was working on because I had a project to complete, up to 30 minutes to get them right. Craig acted like it was acceptable and wanted me to try them anyway and I didn't tell them (why risk putting them in and never taking them out). Anyway, it's a long story, but Creg finally figured it out and sent over the perfect set.
