The 8" wrench I received is less than 6" long but that might have something to do with the name. I know this chunky little wrench is just what I need to get at the flimsy nut around the faucet that the builder installed in my hot tub. I'm very glad this wrench is about five and a half inches long as there isn't much room besides the impossible gaps around the handles. This key is well made. The jaws open well and smoothly. There are some metric and inch markings on the opening part that should be ignored. The beautiful short handle is comfortable to hold. I really like this key. I'm very happy to have it in my plumber's toolbox, but I also see where it can come in handy when I'm working on a car. Thin jaws aren't actually very strong in the automotive industry - more so in bike repair and plumbing. Well done Revan! Another great tool from the Revain Basics brand.
