I work as a cook in the kitchen and have to weigh a lot of things during the day. I've only had this scale for a few weeks but I use it 3-4 hours a day. I love the fact that you can weigh in ounces. or pounds. or both at the same time. the accuracy is very good. I was surprised when I put a piece of baking paper on top and the scale weighed it to the nearest 1/10th of an ounce. Other scales we have at work are not as good. the price was very good. Everyone at work wants to use it, but no, it's mine, I tell them buy it yourself
