Belt too tight

belt holds the cap properly on the car. However, the lid is too tight. When the cap is placed on the filler neck, the catch strap tries to prevent the cap from rolling down with the necessary "one click". I need to tighten the band around the cap so it has enough slack to put the cap on. The last star was given for "transparency". What about the gas cap? I gave it 5 stars lol.
