amazing customer service. Problem solved in an email.

I wrote this review - my old review "Very poor quality. Bought this system to replace a year and a half 4 camera system. The box is noisy. No video. Very disappointed. " THEN I received an email from Emma. Ask me to describe the problem and send you a video. I immediately received an email reply showing what the problem was with my power supply. The security system, which is already 2 years old, works perfectly. With a new one I bought in December but just installed they decided to replace the DVR. Brand new DVR arrived in 4 days. I am impressed. Thank you ZOSIY P
