Must be cleaned. He is conductive.
I replaced two Omron mouse switches in both of my Logitech G500s mice and used this flux. Flux worked great. After we reassembled the mouse and used it for five minutes, I started seeing double clicking, constant clicking, stuttering, etc. on both mice. Looking through the repair threads, one of the threads mentioned something about conductive flux residue. I disassembled the mouse and cleaned the contacts on both switches with alcohol, removing the yellow coating. All problems immediately disappeared in both mice.
