Review on 🚗 Bilstein 46mm Monotube Shock Absorber (24-197434): Ultimate Performance and Superior Ride Control by Bryan Gallardo

Bought for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. A BIG improvement over the pathetic apology for the shock Nissan gave these trucks when they left the factory. I replaced those and the horrible rear springs with Moog springs - Moog 81119 Coil Spring Set. The car feels a little firmer but definitely more controlled and no longer has what is commonly referred to as "death wobble". Highly recommended. You'll need about a 2-3 inch extension and a prayer that the top shock bolt doesn't get stuck too hard. It would be a good idea to have a crowbar just in case. If it's not around, use a pipe along with a ratchet for extra leverage. I can only recommend these shock absorbers. I believe they are for 4WD vehicles, but they work for 2WD vehicles as well. attenuation difference. These cars are heavy, so higher damping isn't such a bad thing.
