The lock does not work as advertised
The lock was easy to install and most of the features worked except the one I wanted the most - auto unlock. I've tested it four or five times and it only worked once. Leaving my phone to sleep when I leave the house doesn't work. Wyze tech support was no help. One person advised me not to turn off my phone when I leave the house. So should I leave my phone on and drain my battery while I'm gone for 2-3 hours just to do an auto unlock? Block direct from Wyze. They refused to refund me.
