Handle not heat resistant
First Use - I used my new electric skillet to boil eggs on a gentle setting at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Before the eggs were ready to be flipped, the handle melted and fell into the eggs. The handle is melted at both ends where the shaft goes through the annular shell. The eggs were spoiled and I had to scrape the melted bits of plastic out of the pan. The box says the pen is heat resistant, but it doesn't last long before melting. The manufacturer should be aware that this is a design issue. Would NOT buy this product again.
