Used to install the Uniden R3 in a 2018 Buick Regal Sportback. Installation took literally 2 minutes after figuring out which pins are supplying 12v with my multimeter. Luckily I only had 3 pins to test, so that part was easy too. I simply attached some unrolled paperclips to the ends of my multimeter and stuck them into the female ends of the wire harness until it read 12v. I expected the whole process to be a huge pain so I pushed it back a week but it was almost like Buick made this car work with this cable, there's even a little plastic flap that pops out , to give you perfect access to the wiring harness and has enough space to route additional cables. The kit comes with everything you need, including small rubber/plastic caps for unused pins (I used the small ones and pinned the large ones). I couldn't be happier. Now all I have to do is wait for the rear view mirror radar detector mount to arrive and the setup looks like I took it to a dealership.
