Worked fine for about a week then the engine warning light came on! I have a 2007 Tahoe so it's not that old but I sanded the filler tube a bit just in case but it kept doing it. I then took the rubber gasket from the original factory cap, which worked fine but had no lock, and used it to replace the stant gasket, which was a bit tricky. No problems so far, other than no response from Stunt about replacing the seal, which works. I tried the stant for regular petrol last year and stopped using it for the same reason, I thought the E15 cap would work. Not right! To update! Emails to the company don't seem to yield any results they eventually replied stating they don't have replacement pads. The 10 year old OEM gasket I replaced is still holding pressure. As a result, your guarantee is worthless. Don't buy if you don't want to clear engine codes every few days or have an old GM gasket.
