Another bad deal with Warehouse

It's my fault. I bought this set from stock and just looked through the contents. I mistakenly assumed that the mounting nut is attached to the washer the same way it was on the original part. When I installed new shocks I found that someone ordered this kit, took the mounting bolt and sent it back. There is a "CHECKED" sticker on the packaging, but it means nothing. Lesson: buy cheap from stock and don't check in detail, you buy twice.
