This is a good and cheap hose. problem and you can push it further if necessary. The connectors on both ends are of high quality and work well. Reading some of the other reviews, some may have quality issues, but mine had no flaws and works great. This works too. If you need to connect to a half inch threaded connector, simply disconnect one of the ends of the quick connector that you don't want to use to connect to your compressor. I used this to easily replace the cheap original hose that came with my main compressor.
