I like that it's easy for residents who are not tech savvy or computer literate, so they can use their own devices without assistance from staff members (as long as you have an internet connection).
It would be nice if there was more flexibility with scheduling appointments/appointments reminders- but this isn't really something we've run into yet! We're solving our resident documentation issues by using logmycare instead - which has been very helpful when filling out paperwork such as consent forms etc., especially since some documents require signatures before being submitted elsewhere within NHS England / CCG system.-.
