Great System to keep track of patients and clients alike

We love how quickly we receive information, it makes keeping up with appointments so much easier! This system can be confusing at times but I do think that this might just take some time for people who have never used something like these before (so not as advanced). Make sure you get everything set-up first though because there are quite alot settings which may need tweaking afterwards if needed - also make yourself familiarized by reading through all available documentation beforehand…

Pros
  • The ability to see exactly whats happening in realtime is great especially having no idea whatsoever regarding your loved ones medical conditions while away working long hours everyday without even knowing whether he / she was ok until receiving notification upon return home after workday..very frustrating feeling really bad sometimes thinking "oh god why isn't anything being done" then suddenly getting notified once back again safe&sound within comfort zone :)

A fantastic new technology to help care homes communicate efficiently

I like that it's easy for residents who are not tech savvy or computer literate, so they can use their own devices without assistance from staff members (as long as you have an internet connection). It would be nice if there was more flexibility with scheduling appointments/appointments reminders- but this isn't really something we've run into yet! We're solving our resident documentation issues by using logmycare instead - which has been very helpful when filling out paperwork such as consent

  • Easy to view your daily progress; updates in real time once completed at home
Cons
  • The app doesn’t update immediately after completing tasks eithout having wifi available

Excellent system - Easy implementation

Having been used it with my own homes I can only really say that its easy for both the staff and those who take care of the residents, as everything you need is on one app and easily visible.It does require training, but once given makes life much easier at your end as you don't have to keep asking or sending messages back for clarification which can be time consuming. We found training very quick and informative so I would highly recommend if you are looking to implement anywhere. The ease it…
