Excellent system - Easy implementation

Having been used it with my own homes I can only really say that its easy for both the staff and those who take care of the residents, as everything you need is on one app and easily visible.It does require training, but once given makes life much easier at your end as you don't have to keep asking or sending messages back for clarification which can be time consuming. We found training very quick and informative so I would highly recommend if you are looking to implement anywhere. The ease it has brought into our home helps. It has improved efficiency and reduces errors (of which there are still occasions despite doing all we can), and as it's online you receive instant notice when there is an error, such as entering data incorrectly. We used this product for about 6 months, it was very easy to use, easy to understand, and saved us time when we needed to enter our care records. I think that there could be some improvements with the user interface, but overall I enjoyed using this product. It saved us time when we needed to enter our care records.

  • good communication between myself & customer service representative/manager excellent tech documentation provided by logmycare in order help me setup their software quickly; i had no issues whatsoever setting themup correctly within 15 minutes
