I have to admit I had my doubts when I bought them. But. They worked better than I expected. I had to countersink 2 holes in 304 stainless steel. I read the reviews and wasn't worried about the chatter while they were being cut. What they did as you can see from the photos. Now they chatted a little, but they worked slowly and worked well with cutting fluid. I had to apply a little more pressure than I was comfortable with, but with oil and low speed it left a good result that I was happy with. I've also used them in aluminum and they work great. Hope that helps. The last picture is the 8th hole drilled in 3/4" 304 stainless steel. Still working.
