I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla LE, made in USA (non Japanese version) and needed to remove the idler pulley, this head fits the special bolt perfectly. In my case I used this bushing on a pulley and removed the belt and that was it, I didn't have room for a ratchet. I just used an open ended wrench and easily came out to check how much space you have. This bushing actually measures 32mm (1 1/4") deep, it's really small, but check your workspace (you may have to loosen the motor mount and lift the motor a bit). -Lube it like I did and you'll get more Live 100,000 miles Watch a YouTube video on how to relubricate bearings.
