I thought long and hard about buying this item or not. This set is quite expensive and I just didn't want to spend my money. After coming back to this set for the third time, I decided to just say "what the heck" and bought this one. I have to say I'm very happy with my choice! As a hobby cook, I love these non-stick surfaces. I cook with these pots and pans for a variety of dishes. My mom even praised the red gradient because Chinese New Year is coming soon. For washing I use the dishwasher and have not encountered any problems with surface coatings and discoloration. So happy I have no regrets with this purchase and worth the money I paid.
