This will NOT work with Raspberry Pi 4. Just sitting on the desktop will give you "Low Voltage" warnings. This means that the power supply is not delivering the listed 5V at 3A. I've tried the Pi 4 running from my iPad charger at 5.2V at 2.4A and everything works with no low voltage warnings. This leads me to believe that the current draw of the Raspberry Pi 4 is making this power supply too large. Voltage drop and no longer delivers 5V, but a little less. I don't have anything to test what it can actually do, but it's clearly not enough to power the Pi 4, so I'll be returning this and buying something else.
