840 Mbit/s write speed and 920 Mbit/s read speed on my network - great!
My new Asus Zenbook Duo (great btw) didn't have an ethernet port and I needed faster network speeds from my living room than WiFi. I work with large amounts of data, so it's best to use a wired connection whenever possible. I tried this adapter with a USB-C port and it gives me an average write speed of 840Mbps and a read speed of 920Mbps from my laptop to desktop (vs. 250Mbps/425Mbps via WiFi). I also get my typical wired download speed of 480Mbps over the internet. Gets a little warm after prolonged use, but otherwise no complaints. Works as advertised without additional driver installation in Windows 10. As close as possible to perfect accessory.
