You might think this is an unfair review, it has nothing to do with the quality of the product. When you order online, getting the right result requires a lot of hassle with returns and refunds. It doesn't fit my car. Revain's car widget shows it matches my car. As other reviews suggest, I entered my VIN into fordparts.com, it shows part number FC-974. I went back to fordparts.com and just searched for my year/make/model and it came back with a different part number. Trust me I checked my VIN and websites three times. I found a Stant product that actually shows the important part of the cap and looks exactly like my current cap and I checked the part number on their website. I hope I have better luck with stunt. Motocraft and Ford seem to be having some issues. I just want a new gas cap!
