Great ideas, very pretty if only the day lasts longer than a few months or so.
I like these things, they're pretty bright for a single strand of light. I love the idea that they are sunny! I travel across the country in my van and live in the middle of nowhere 98% of the time so I love my solar panel. I put each strand in the little clear bottles and bud vases I find at thrift stores and I can put them anywhere. They burned all night. Great night lights! UPDATE: In less than 4 months, five have stopped working and not charging. It's a great idea, but if they don't last more than a few months. In the end I can't recommend it. :(
