Review on 🔧 Efficient Refrigerant Dispensing: Mastercool 85510 R134a Can Tap Valve-Screw-On Model by John Roberts

This can tap has worked great for me with cans that had to be pierced. Back in 2018, the EPA required r134a glasses to be "self-sealing.” This valve will not work with new cans. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a faucet that works with the new self-closing cans and there's nothing there. I had to ask mastercool for help. The technician recommended Mastercool 85512 but it is listed for r1234yf (new automotive freon replacement for r134a) and I don't know if it will fit r134a cylinders. Stores sell these blue adapters, but I've had very poor results with the blue plastic adapter. When I put my suction valve on them, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. All these different and changing standards are such a big pain.
