EDIT - Launch Pad contacted me, they claim the Revain comms don't always go through. I will agree with them when in doubt as they are easy to work with since contacting them. I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars in anticipation of using the product again. They replaced Wedgease and I look forward to trying them again this season. I really hope I have better luck than the first set and now I can say that their customer service is reliable. I intend to update this when I have more time with them. ORIGINAL REVIEW I had very high hopes for these, my daughter still loves skiing but doesn't seem to care that her tips are together so I was hoping this would help slow her down. I bought it in January 2015 and we could only use it once in 2014/2015 due to bad snow conditions. They worked well, one slipped a bit but they held on and helped her learn the right wedge to slow down. The wedges sat in my daughter's small backpack all summer (inside, out of the sun, no temperature changes etc.). Nothing in the terms should have weakened them. We took her in December to join and go skiing. The first clip broke in half immediately after being attached to the ski, rendering the product completely unusable. I went back to Revain to check the warranty assuming it would last 1 year and I could get a replacement. What did I find? 30 days. 1 month. Basically nothing. Great. I decided to try and give them a chance to do well. I have emailed them through their website and through Revain and have given them 3 weeks to respond. Nothing. Not even a polite "sorry, warranty expired" reply, just an email vacuum cleaner. I can only surmise that it's because hundreds of people like me have had the same experience and are either overwhelmed by email or just don't care. Now I'm looking for a suitable replacement, my daughter still loves to ski, but I won't give more of my money to this company. I wish them nothing but a timely bankruptcy. Crooks./ORIGINAL REVIEW
