Review on Dorman 924 605 Hazard Warning Switch by David Silva

Ok but OEM is better

This kill switch works fine and resets the turn signals but I'm having a few issues with this unit. First, the color of the button is wrong. This button color is lighter than the default color, which doesn't really matter, but looks out of place. I reused my original button, it just doesn't click. Next, I wish they hadn't used an LED to light up the switch when the rest of the car uses incandescent bulbs. The thing is like a spotlight over the radio, it's damn bright and again it looks out of place - especially right next to the "ETS" dimming button. Finally, it's not that big of a deal, but the feel when pressing the button is a lot stiffer, but that could be because it's new and can "wear out" over time. Also, it works and works pretty well - yes, the "clicker" has a softer tone, which is nice too. If I need another I'll probably go for OEM, but the price is right, although they aren't expensive to begin with - even OEM.
