Very poor heat and air performance

Very poor heat and air supply. I don't produce enough heat to heat even a small room. I have the same fan that I stick in the back to help it blow air, which helps a bit. However, heat it very slightly. The product looks solid and industrial; however, it does not generate enough heat or enough convection. The old adage that you pay for what you get doesn't apply here. I paid too much for an undelivered product.
