Review on 🔧 4-Pack Replacement Brushes for DWP611 DWP611K 450 Router - Replacing A27343 Motor Part by Gerald Reeves

Purchased to replace worn brushes in my Dewalt dwp611 router which is installed on my CNC machine. The new brushes looked ok when installed, but as soon as I put everything back together and started the router/CNC machine, I noticed that it didn't sound like it used to, and small pieces of graphite the size of peppers were flying all over the place the workpiece. After the 20 minute cut was complete I pulled the brushes back out to inspect and both brushes had broken off parts that were missing. I will definitely buy and install another set before trusting him not to ruin anything while working with it.
