I confess I love Chef'n Gadgets. I think I have the most. They usually make quality things and this one was no exception. So if you need a herb stripper, this is a great choice. But in my experience, most herbs are quicker to clean by hand. The only herb this really helps me with is thyme: I can stick a whole branch with all the side shoots through one of the holes and the leaves will fall off. Since thyme is the most tedious and difficult-to-clean herb in my garden, that alone made it worth the purchase for me. (It's important to have different sized holes for this, since the branches are all different sizes.) But if you're working with something simpler like oregano or rosemary, I'd suggest saving money and using your hands.
