Review on OTC 4676 Windshield Wiper Puller by Ross Sugden

Ordered with some hesitation due to bad reviews. Work on my wife's 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 cockpit. The wiper arms would not come off after the shaft was impregnated with penetrating oil. Put everything back together and ordered this tool and the more expensive one that got better reviews. This one worked fine. Cut off both hands with little effort. Impressed, it worked great and was very easy to use. Hands have not been touched for 14 years. I'd say if this doesn't work for you, your wipers are REALLY cold.
