Excellent camera during the day but difficult to see anything on the screen at night. It's kind of useless as I need to see what's behind me when I reset day and night. 2 stars because the camera works in daylight. Update: Thousandshores Inc contacted me about the issue and sent me a new camera. Let's see how it works. What great customer service! I will update again after installing the backup camera. Update #2: I received a replacement camera. Doesn't matter. Now I can see clearly - day and night. And what customer service. An absolute pleasure doing business with them. I have never experienced (myself) such a level of customer care. Many Thanks. I think the first camera I got works with 99% of the cars but not with my configuration. The new one is absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend this product. Update #3: Just wanted to let you know that this camera is still working as well as it did the day I got it.
