How not to fall for the bait

It only took five minutes to change the accessory on the line. Five. Protocol. Trust me, I'm NOT "skillful" AT ALL, and I just did it. There are videos and more. It works like new again. This is a simple set of hardware and a screwdriver. To the guy at the big hardware store who tried to tell me I needed a brand new door and that they would put me on the "schedule" and come and replace the door (but I'd have to paint it): Nice try.
