Why no non-stick cups? First of all, I'm not a professional poacher, but I've been cooking eggs, frying and cooking, usually with bacon (Mmm Bacon), for almost 50 years. I used it once, the eggs stuck to the plastic cups to the point I had to mutilate the eggs to get them out. The egg white next to the surface of the cup was overcooked and gummy. While the yolk and the protein inside are still raw. I then had to scrape the egg whites out of the cups as best I could. I threw it in the dishwasher and didn't wash it. I'm sending it back for a full refund.
