Review on 🚗 CURT 45791 Trailer Hitch Extension - 8-Inch Length, 2-Inch Receiver, 3,500 lbs Capacity by Shah Jones

Mom's wheelchair carrier didn't fit my new Honda Pilot well. He was too close to the car to open the back door. I looked at other extensions but this one can also be used for towing. This item is strong and durable. It is suitable for docking the receiver to a spare seat. I haven't towed my trailer with it yet (still in the break-in period) but I don't think there will be any problems. All the holes lined up well and there were no welds so no grinding or sanding was required. I didn't notice any more play than without an extension cord. My only suggestion would be to drill 4 holes instead of 2. This would solve some customers' problem that it wasn't deep enough for their receivers. This also gives you some flexibility when installing your accessories. It's strong enough to make extra holes. But it still works great for me.
