We are very happy with this product. Our dogs have learned to react very quickly to just a sound signal. We had to vibrate a couple of times before they knew what to do, but now they just respond with a beep. Short funny story. One of the collars stopped working. I called customer service and the representative told me that the collar may have become disconnected from the receiver. He told me how to get them to communicate again. It said to press and hold the power button for 6 seconds until I hear a beep. As I did so, my dog heard the signal too, ran towards me and lay down at my feet! I didn't give any verbal commands, he just followed the command of his choice. I think that shows how well these collars work! I will definitely buy them again and recommend them to friends!
