Mixed Feelings in my review

My experience with these chisels has been somewhat of a mixed bag. My main takeaways from a few weeks of work are that they sharpen quite easily and are easy and comfortable to use, but they dull quickly and are prone to chipping.Pros:- Sharpen easily- Easy to use- No noticeable hotspots in the handCons:- I have to resharpen them quite often, sometimes in the middle of a single session- They seem to chip really easilyOne of the pictures above shows someone hitting one of these chisels with a mallet, but it pains me to think about what the edge would look like after pulling it out of the wood. I don't do anything that involves high impact, and most of my work is quite light, but I still have to occasionally regrind the edges completely because of the chips in the blade. Even with this light work I've had something as severe as one of the corners completely breaking off of the edge once before. In summary, I can't be too upset, as I believe that the performance of these chisels is about on par with the price. I'm not someone who believes that everyone needs to purchase heirloom-quality tools for every project, but it is helpful to keep in mind that there will be some compromises made when getting tools at this price point.
