Review on 🔥 Vulkankraft Premium PLA Filament: Exceptional 3D Printing Performance by Gary Shakeone

Good Quality Well Wound Filament

This review is for Vulkankraft Premium Rainbow Color PLA Filament 1.75mm. The product claims to be less prone to warping and clogging. I'm not sure how the second part is possible. Generally, clogs are made from inferior threads with debris or threads like marble or others that have small details like sequins or the like. With these types of filament, prevent clogging by using a larger nozzle, e.g. B. 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm, so that particles can easily pass. Rainbow thread is a lot of fun. To get the best results from this or any other multicolored filament, you want to print at the best quality. Use layers of at least 0.2mm, but it would be better if you could do 0.1 or somewhere in between. The larger the print, the more color transformations you will see on it. The orientation of the print matters too, and the higher your print, the better it often looks lying down compared to the same model. I see no problems winding this roll. It's not perfect, but it doesn't make sense to me. The main factor for me is that he has no entanglements and none at all that I have seen. A perfectly coiled pearl is beautiful, but a perfectly coiled filament can still have overlapping strands or tangles hidden underneath. This is a pretty cheap spool of filament compared to many other brands so I wouldn't expect perfection here. If you want the perfect reel, you'll have to pay over $40 to the company that makes them. I have attached some photos of the spool of filament before opening. Here are the settings I use for most of my PLAs: Nozzle Temp: 205°C (first layer is 210°C) Layer Temp: 60°C (or 0°C when printing on glass with a glue stick) Speed: 60 mm/s Fan speed: 70% (starts at 0% and slowly increases to 70% on level 5. If you are using the PrusaSlicer, you can also set the fan to 100% just for the bridge, which I highly recommend). ) Overall it was a solid spool of filament that didn't give me any problems with layer adhesion or anything like that. I would definitely be interested in trying more Vulcancraft filament in the future.
