When I connect the Arduino to my laptop, the ON and L LEDs are on, my laptop doesn't recognize the Arduino and the Arduino IDE doesn't recognize it. I tried connecting this Arduino with different cables, different ports and even different laptops. All had the same result: 2 LEDs lit up and nothing showed up in the device manager. My other Arduino works fine and is recognized, but this Arduino doesn't work properly. I can't even code it because of this problem. A note from the seller to fix this would be great.
