After a nuclear Armageddon, only a) twinks, b) roaches, c) zombies, and d) these vehicles will survive. On the bright side, zombies and roaches will be able to cruise through the post-apocalyptic wasteland and eat alts without worrying about their smartphones. Serious. These are solid, simple mounts with the only really 'moving part' - the rubber band - failing, which is unlikely unless it is cut. My ONLY criticism, as with other product reviews, relates to the pre-trip upper body workout required to fit the rubber strap on my mid-width phone (Nexus 5) and the placement of the strap covering part of the screen. The former isn't really a big deal (although my heart broke the first few times I wondered if there was enough pressure to shatter a glass display) and the latter might be "doable" if you play around with the phone's position to accommodate the apps you use. . There are other designs that don't have these "flaws" but I'm much happier trusting my uninsured phone to this phone.
