Works as advertised

**UPDATE** After fixing the issues I was having with the sound turning on and off, it turned out that the problem was with the amp settings I had on the receiving end the signal used. . I changed the settings and the sound stopped turning on and off. It just works as advertised. I also ran some signal tests and compared it to a Bluetooth audio solution (using a Qualcomm CSR8675 chipset with aptX-HD, Bluetooth 5.0). In my case, this wired solution maintained signal fidelity better than even Bluetooth 5.0 aptX-HD. It's also cheaper than the Qualcomm CSR8675 transmit and receive solution. ***late UPDATE*** I was hoping that this product will help me to transfer audio over Cat 5e from a PC line out to an amplifier. It works, but the audio cuts out from time to time - about every 10 minutes or so, and it will be quiet for a while, then the audio comes back on. Very annoying and renders the device unusable as an audio device. You cannot turn the sound on and off. My guess is that the signal voltage at the receiving end drops below a threshold from time to time. Maybe an active version would be better for my needs.
