Works well but as other reviews have mentioned not as thick and strong as some of the more expensive counterparts. However, they work REALLY great within their scope and the unit price (at the time of purchase) was fine with me. Note that they were used for large batches of steamed lasagne that were frozen then reheated and finished in the oven. I could stack them 2 high when loading, but I would be very reluctant to stack them 3 until the product is frozen. With other brands, stacking 3 pieces was acceptable from the start. I'll order again if the price stays significantly cheaper than thicker alternatives, but if the price gap closes I'll pay a small premium for better quality.
