I have never bought a bin without a lid although the lid is not mentioned or pictured in the item description but I assumed it came with it. I asked about it after ordering but never got a reply. Now I need to know where can I get the cover? An uncovered trash can is not acceptable here. However, this is a great heavy duty vessel that is strong and durable with conveniently sized and positioned handles that make it easy to move. This may be better suited to enclosed spaces where trash cans are lined with sacks and open to trash. This can easily fit in a 30 or 33 gallon bag. I just wish it had a lid, I'm hoping I can find one that works with it, our old can's lid doesn't fit. The reason for the 4 stars is because it doesn't come with a lid and they don't sell it for them.
