Review on ⌚ ChronoDot V2.0 I2C Compatible Real-time Clock Module DS3231SN for Ar-duino with Memory DS3231 Module by Keith Stuckey

This is a really good chip, works fine with no pull-up resistors on the SCL and SDA lines (although it is always good to add them anyway). Good board and layout - great for prototyping. Removed one star due to bent metal battery mount. I'm not sure if this is due to handling during shipping or a manufacturing defect. But with some desoldering and manual tweaking the problem was fixed. There aren't many instructions for the chip itself, so for inexperienced users, be prepared to read the datasheet.
