The best feature is that it allows you keep track of your customers, their orders as well other details related with them such has email address etc., I also like how easy they are able set up new products/services or create an account for existing ones which makes things easier when managing clients' accounts in my day-to.- Not so good about this one but sometimes there's delay before updates get reflected online (sometimes hours). It helps me organize all client information into different folders making everything organized easily accessible from anywhere at anytime via internet connection!
