The HomePop Web Store Doesn't Live Up to the Hype

It's possible that other customers have had better luck than I did with HomePop's web store, but I was only met with frustration and disappointment. Some users may have an easy time navigating the site, but I found it cumbersome and slow. Lacking in-depth product descriptions, I had a hard time knowing for sure what I was getting. When my order eventually arrived, I could see right away that the quality was subpar. The furniture pieces and decorative accessories both seemed cheap and badly built. Customer support was unresponsive and useless, adding insult to injury. After several attempts, I finally received a response, but they still weren't able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. HomePop is lost in the sea of internet competition. There are a plethora of different furniture and design shops with higher standards of quality and service. HomePop is not worth the hassle or expense, in my opinion.

Pros
  • Excellently made, high-end furnishings.
Cons
  • It's possible that some of the things are of low quality.
