Great deal. You will need one for each turn signal if you are going to switch to LED lights. So if you do front and rear you only need 4. Since it came with an 8 I went ahead and replaced the LED lights on 2 cars. The price was great compared to others that only offer 2 or 4 resistors. The installation is very easy. You simply connect one side to the positive wire, which gets 12 volts when the turn signal is on, and the other side to the ground wire. Because LED lights don't have much resistance, your turn signal will flash very quickly when you're not using it. They increase resistance and slow blinking to normal. The only downside is that you may not notice when your turn signal goes out as the resistors will flash slowly instead of fast so you know the light is out. It doesn't matter which side you connect to the positive terminal, but some cars have 3 wires going to the bulb instead of just 2. If you're not an electrician with a 12 volt system, consult your local audio shop Shop to install them.
