Weak materials: computer components

Should have taken a better look at the materials. When I heard the "VESA Plate" I thought it looked like most other traditional steel plates, but this plate didn't even hold up during shipping. It is plastic and yet almost fragile. It doesn't come in a box or any other packaging materials, but in a plastic sleeve which could protect them better. It's like half a step and there are more reliable options.
