Ordered two of these used. Only one came with mounting hardware, instructions and a wheel strap. Not a big deal since I prefer my own hardware anyway. Installation is easy. They are very heavy and easy to turn, but gravity pulls the bike frame down if the incline is too high. The frame holders can be extended or retracted independently of each other using pre-drilled holes. This was important to me as I have limited wall space for four bikes and need to overlap the front and rear wheels. It worked great. I'm going to make some extra holes on the inside of the arms to get some bikes closer to the wall and tilt the rear wheels. This design is very customizable and I wish I had found them sooner.
